Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lgapothecaryco@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
