1. Where We Ship

LG Apothecary Co. ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

A flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

4. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination within the U.S. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. LG Apothecary Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lgapothecaryco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
